ScreenHaven supports the speaking of text in the Comments window. Highlight the text to be spoken. Right-click the Comments window and choose Speak Selected Text. The highlighted text should begin to be spoken automatically. You can either wait until the speaking is finished or again right-click on the Comments windows and choose Cancel Speaking.
