Saving a Meeting

Subscribe Screen Options

Both Publishers and Subscribers can save the contents of the ScreenHaven meeting but the techniques differ slightly. Subscribers need to right-click on the Publisher’s screen graphic to view the options whereas the Publisher needs to right-click on their Comments window. There are four ways to get a record of the meeting.

Comments as text
Right-click the Comments window and choose Save Comments as Text. Choose a file name and location. A copy of all the Comments are now available as a record of the text conversations.

Save Screen as JPEG (Subscriber only)
Right-click the screen image (or Comments window) and choose Save Screen as JPEG. Choose a file name and location. A full-resolution copy of the currently viewing screen image will be saved.

Save All Screens as JPEGs
Right-click the screen image (or Comments window) and choose Save All Screens as JPEGs. Choose a folder location. A folder will be created in the chosen location and contain a full-resolution copy of the every downloaded screen image.

Save All Screens as a Movie (not available for Linux)
Right-click the screen image (or Comments window) and choose Save All Screens as a Movie. Choose a file name and location. A 1024x768 pixel resolution QuickTime movie containing a one-second viewing of every downloaded screen image will be created. Each screen image will be scaled up or down to match the movie resolution.
