Three Cloud Options
1A. Free Cloud licence on Hosted Server (software & service)

A Free Cloud licence allows you to run the latest version of any OfficeHaven application (DocHaven, CRMHaven, TwitHaven, CashHaven, ScreenHaven or OfficeHaven) on as many computers as you wish. Free Cloud is ideal for individuals who want to backup or access their crucial documents offsite. Free Cloud is totally free, but has only a small storage quota. You can store up to 1 Gigabyte of compressed DocHaven projects and 1000 CRMHaven contacts. Contact HMS if you wish to convert your account to be paid and sharable. There is no limit on the bandwidth of files transferred to and from the Cloud.There is a limit of one account per person.

1B. Cloud per User licence on Hosted Server (software & service)

A Cloud licence allows you to run the latest version of any OfficeHaven application (DocHaven, CRMHaven, TwitHaven, CashHaven, ScreenHaven or OfficeHaven) on as many computers as you wish. Cloud is ideal for small groups or organisations who don’t want to bother setting up or maintaining servers. You must provide HMS with a list of the user names you want accessing the system. You can store up to 10 Gigabytes of compressed DocHaven projects per user and 10,000 CRMHaven contacts. There is no limit on the bandwidth of files transferred to and from the Cloud. The Cloud is administered by HMS. You will have group manager rights, but not administrator rights. If you purchase multiple accounts they can be added into the one group. Users can keep their projects accessible only to themselves or shared them with a group.

Go to the Store. Click the ‘Subscribe’ button for the appropriate Cloud. Enter payment details. This licence will expire – it is a subscription and must be renewed yearly for the service to continue. You can cancel your subscription by cancelling the renewal at the end of each year.

1C. My Own Cloud (software & service)

My Own Cloud is for organisations who want their data hosted and managed on their own private server arranged by HMS and separate from the shared Cloud service. Assistance can be given, if necessary, with transferring user accounts, settings and documents from the common Cloud on to the new system. This new Cloud service can be administered by you, you will be given a serial number and you can have full administrator rights. You can link users to alternative FTP servers. You can access your data via an iPhone app. The service also includes domain, web, email and other services should you need them. This is a monthly payment.

Go to the Store. Click the 'Subscribe' button for My Own Cloud. Enter payment details. A Serial Number, Server contact instructions and an Administrator username and password will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

One LAN Option
2. Shared per User licence on your LAN (software only)
A Shared licence allows you to run any OfficeHaven application (DocHaven, CRMHaven, TwitHaven, CashHaven, ScreenHaven or OfficeHaven) on as many computers as you buy a licences for on your own LAN (i.e. it is not hosted on HMS servers but your). Shared is ideal for multiple simultaneous users on a private LAN. The number of DocHaven projects and CRMHaven contacts is limited only by your LAN, server and bandwidth. It supports as many users as the number of licences purchased. The software requires the installation of one MySQL server and one or more FTP servers on your own computers.

Go to the Store. Click the 'Add to Cart' button for Shared. Click 'Proceed to Checkout'. Ensure you enter the desired number of users and enter payment details. A Serial Number will be emailed to you within 24 hours. This licence will not expire.


One Standalone Option
3. Solo – Unlimited Single Users on your PC (software only)
A Solo licence allows you to run any OfficeHaven application (DocHaven, CRMHaven, TwitHaven, CashHaven, ScreenHaven or OfficeHaven) one application at a time (for SQLite technical reasons, so OfficeHaven is recommended). Solo is the best solution for a single computer, laptop or home use. While it supports an unlimited number of user accounts, only one can login at a time. There are no server installations necessary. The number of DocHaven projects and CRMHaven contacts is limited only by your PC hardware.

Go to the Store. Click the 'Add to Cart' button for Solo. Click 'Proceed to Checkout'. Enter your payment details. A Serial Number will be emailed to you within 24 hours. This licence will not expire.

Backups
Users are responsible for making regular backups of all their data to their own computers. The host servers will not be available for restoring of backups should any data be lost.

HMS Rights
HMS retain the right to refuse an account to anyone at any time for any reason. HMS retain the right to cancel any account at any time for any reason.

Version Upgrades
All Upgrades are free for Cloud subscribers. Solo and Shared purchasers can upgrade for free within that version number (e.g. 2.0.0 to 2.9.9, 3.0.0 to 3.9.9). Current v2.0 paid purchasers are able to upgrade to OfficeHaven 3.0 for free by contacting HMS.

Expanding Licences
Existing user licences can be expanded at any time. Please enter your serial number before purchasing to show you wish to add these new users to your existing accounts.

Special Offers
Users purchasing OfficeHaven through special offers must use the method described in the magazine or podcast. Please contact HMS if you have a problem receiving your correct item.

Note that commercial installations of Sharing may require the purchase of a MySQL licence. The MySQL licence is not included in the OfficeHaven purchase price. Items may change due to availability.
