Goods may be Returned reversing a Sale and the Cashless Money returned to the Buyers’ account, but for security and fraud reasons Goods cannot be Returned by the CashHaven administrator themselves.
- Choose the User from the pop up menu at the top of the window. Their balance should appear below their name.
- Enter a description of the goods being Returned.
- Enter a value for the goods being returned by either clicking the numbers or typing on the keyboard.
- Click the Return button.
- Enter the password of the recipient of the goods.
- When their password is entered the Return is now complete, a sound will play and the amount will be refunded to their account.
Options
- Press ‘C’ to clear the last digit.
- Press ‘CA’ to clear all digits.
- Both the CashHaven administrator and the person returning the goods must enter their passwords for the Return to proceed.
