CashHaven sales involve both the seller and the buyer agreeing on the item to be sold and completing the transaction. You will need to enter your Password when you first launch CashHaven.
- Choose the User from the pop up menu at the top of the window. Their balance should appear below their name.
- Enter a description of the goods.
- Enter a value for the goods by either clicking the numbers or typing on the keyboard.
- Click the Sale button.
- Enter the password of the buyer of the goods. Click OK. When their password is entered the sale is now made, a sound will play and the amount will be deducted from their account.
Options
- Press ‘C’ to clear the last digit.
- Press ‘CA’ to clear all digits.
- For security reasons and to stop fraud both the CashHaven administrator and the person buying the goods must enter their passwords for the sale to proceed.
- To reverse a Sale you must run a Return.
