At different times we may want to change the types and order of columns that CRMHaven displays.
- Click the Options button and select Choose Fields to Display. A window will appear showing every possible field.
- Check the fields you want displayed as columns.
- Drag the fields to set their order.
- Click OK. The same clients will be displayed, but with the new fields and field order.
Show Every Field
Click the Option button and choose Show Every Field to display the current Clients but with every available field shown as columns. This is useful when comparing two Duplicate Clients before you make one of them hidden.
Show Every Client
Click the Option button and choose Show Every Client to display all Clients using the currently displayed fields. This is useful when checking a small number of columns to ensure the consistency of the data. If the number of Clients is very large this may take a while to display.
Options
The Marked, QuickContact and Client ID fields are always the first 3 columns.
The current View settings are stored on each computer ready for the next login. They are not stored on the server.
The Photo field cannot be displayed in a column.
