BatchGeoCode is a service that allows multiple client addresses to be displayed on the one Google map at once. Once there you can save these clients as a web page that you can pass on to others as a URL or download a Google Earth KML file. It is best to view clients who have addresses in the same city or country.
Mark the clients that you want to appear on the Google map. These clients MUST have a valid street address otherwise they will not be displayed.
Choose View Client Addresses on BatchGeoCode from the Action menu. When you click OK this will place the client’s BatchGeoCode address details on the computer clipboard and launch the BatchGeoCode.com web page in your web browser.
At the Step #2 on the web page remove the current sample data and paste in your clipboard.
Click the Run Geocoder button and wait until it has looked up your client addresses to find their longitude and latitude.
If all the addresses resolve correctly scroll below and see your client addresses on the map. Repeat the same process with other addresses if necessary.
