To send a mail-merged SMS to your clients choose Send SMS from the Actions menu.
Enter the message you want to send remembering that SMS messages can be a maximum of 140 characters. Click the Insert menu to insert values from the Client’s record. Set the date and time that you want the SMS to be sent from the 2sms.com servers. The SMS will be sent from your computer immediately and will reside on their servers will only be sent after the time you indicate.
Click the Account tab to enter your 2SMS.com username and account details. These are available after setting up an account with 2SMS.com.
Click on the Host tab to verify the web address of the 2SMS.com FTP server, the FTP username and password. These are available from the 2SMS.com web site.
When you have entered all the details correctly the OK button should become enabled. Click OK to send the message to all the marked client’s mobile phones. This function cannot be undone. You will need to deal with 2SMS.com to cancel a delayed message.

You can set up your 2SMS details in your User account from the Database window.
